SIECO audit committee chairman resigns

Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) said that Mohammed Al-Showair submitted his resignation as the Chairman of the audit committee on July 19, with immediate effect, due to holding an executive position in the company. 

The board of directors approved the resignation on July 21, according to a bourse statement. 

Meanwhile, the board appointed Ghassan Al-Haidari (independent) as a member of the audit committee from July 21 until the end of the current committee term. 

The decision will be presented to the upcoming general assembly for approval.
