Academy of Learning says board member resigns

Academy of Learning Co.’s (AOL) board of directors accepted, on July 19, the resignation submitted by Suha Al-Saif, non-executive member, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was tendered on July 18 due to personal reasons.

 

The board also approved appointing Saadoun Al-Khalidi in the vacant seat for the current board term ending June 15, 2026.

 

Al-Khalidi holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from King Faisal University. He also holds several certificates in management, executive management, planning and analysis investment.

 

He serves as a board member of Al-Orouba Investment Co. and Horizon Sky Investment Co. Al-Khalidi is also the CEO of Khawald Investment Co.
