Saudi NDMC closes July issuance of Sukuk program at SAR 2.93 bln

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for its domestic issuance for July 2022, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 2.93 billion, NDMC said in a statement.

 

The issuance is divided into two tranches; the first is valued at SAR 480 million, maturing in 2030. The second is valued at SAR 2.45 billion and will mature in 2034.
