The International Monetary Fund (IMF) maintained forecasts for the Saudi economy growth at 7.6% in 2022, versus last April estimates.

Meanwhile, the IMF raised its 2023 growth forecasts for the Kingdom’s economy by 0.1% to 3.7%.

IMF slashed forecasts for the growth of the global economy for 2022 and 2023, driven by the slowdown in the world’s three largest economies, namely US, China and the Euro Zone.

Global gross domestic product (GDP) is estimated to grow 3.2% this year, down 0.4% from previous estimates.
