Saudi Networkers Services to end offering period tomorrow

The offering period for Saudi Networkers Services Company (SNS) ends tomorrow; Thursday July 28, 2022. The offering period began on Sunday 24 July 2022. SNS is currently offering 1.5 million shares out of the total shares of the company amounting to six million shares, which is equivalent to 25% of the company’s total capital.

Aldukheil Financial Group (AFG), the financial advisor, announced that the subscription price for the offering shares is SAR 71 per share. AFG also clarified that those wishing to subscribe in the offering should submit an electronic subscription request through their portfolios with the lead manager, Derayah Financial Company (Derayah) and that such portfolios must be eligible to trade in the parallel market.
