SABB Takaful gets SAMA’s nod on appointment of Chairman, Vice Chairman

SABB Takaful Co. received today, July 28, the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) for the appointment of Mohammed Alshaya as Board Chairman and Yasser Albarrak as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Last month, SABB Takaful’s shareholders elected a new board of directors for the upcoming term that started on June 13, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on the same day, Argaam earlier reported.
