AICC starts e-voting on EGM agenda today

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) starts today, July 31, e-voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on Aug. 2, the company announced in a bourse filing.

 

AICC shareholders are set to vote on a capital hike via a SAR 265 million rights issue at the EGM, Argaam reported.
