Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) board of directors appointed Sager Nadershah and Omar Al-Khudairi as independent board members starting Aug. 1, 2022, until the end of term on Oct. 25, 2023, according to a bourse filing.
Nadershah has more than 28 years of experience and is currently Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AlJazira Takaful Co.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bethune Cockman College, Daytona Beach, Florida.
Al-Khudairi has over 20 years of experience in several business fields, including corporate restructuring and strategy, business development and commercial operations.
He is the CEO of Almutlaq Group and Managing Director of Almutlaq Real Estate Investment Co.
Al-Khudairi holds a bachelor's degree in systems engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
These appointments are subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
