MIS signs contract with SDAIA on disaster recovery site project

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced that it signed, on Aug. 2, a contract with Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) on a disaster recovery site configuration and operation project (Rakeeza), according to a bourse filing.

 

Under the 24-month contract, MIS will equip, build and configure infrastructure for a disaster recovery environment.

 

The relevant impact will reflect on financial statements from Q3 2022 to Q3 2024.

 

The deal has no related parties, the statement added.

 

MIS was awarded, on June 9, the disaster recovery site configuration and operation project from SDAIA at a total value of SAR 169.3 million, including value-added tax, Argaam reported.
