SAICO reappoints Ahmed Al-Saud as Chairman, Abdulaziz Abussuud as Vice Chairman

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (SAICO) board of directors approved today, Aug. 3, reappointing Ahmed bin Khalid Al-Saud, a non-executive member, as Chairman, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board also gave the go-ahead for the reappointment of Abdulaziz bin Ali Abussuud, a non-executive member, as Vice Chairman.

 

The committees emanating from the board of directors were formed for the term starting June 25, 2022 until June 24, 2025, the statement noted.
