Fesh Fash shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Sept. 29

Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co.’s shareholders will vote on amending articles of association, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for Sept. 29, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will vote on amending articles of association related to the company’s name, purpose, shareholders’ register, board’s remuneration, general meetings and quorum.

 

Shareholders can vote remotely on the EGM agenda from Sept. 25, the statement added.
