Allianz Saudi Fransi’s shareholders elect board members, form audit committee

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the three-year term, starting Aug. 8, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Aug. 7, according to a bourse filing.

 

These board members are Alwaleed Al Dryaan, Anuj Agarwal, Patrick Telis, Mohammad Ameen Benabbou, Adel Malawi, Bader Bin Hamad Al Salloum, Abdullah Sughair Al-Hussaini, Osama Mohammad Al Sabeg, and Basel Mohammed Bin Jabr.

 

They also approved the formation of an audit committee for the same three-year term, which comprised Abdullah Sughair Al-Hussaini, Mohammad Youssef Helmi, Mostafa Ahmad Gamal Abdullatif, Basel Mohammed Jabr, and Osama Mohammed Al Sabeg.
