Amana shareholders elect board members for new term

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders elected board members for the new three-year term, ending on Aug. 10, 2025, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), held on Aug. 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new board includes Naif AlSudairy, Rachid Abi Nader, Bashar Kayyali, Abdulrahman A. Al-Sakran, Abdullah Al Musa, Tarik AlGarawi and Hassan Alzahrani.

 

Shareholders also approved the board of directors’ businesses from May 15, 2022 until the OGM date.
