Lock-up period for PIF in Elm ends today

The lock-up period imposed on shares of Public Investment Fund (PIF) in Elm Co. will end by the close of trading today, Aug. 15.

 

The six-month restriction period was imposed when the company listed on Feb. 16, 2022.

 

A lock-up period was imposed on the PIF’s 53.6 million shares, which account for 67% of Elm’s capital.

 

PIF may now dispose of its shares without obtaining a prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
