Al Jouf Cement appoints new CEO as Jamal Alaamer steps down

Al Jouf Cement Co.’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jamal Alaamer submitted his resignation on Aug. 16 for personal reasons, according to a bourse filing.

 

Alaamer, whose resignation will be effective as of Aug. 21, will be named as a company’s advisor, the statement added.

 

The cement producer also appointed Abdulkarim Al Nuhayer as CEO effective as of Aug. 21
