TADCO signs SAR 4.3 mln contract to sell industrial potatoes to Wafrah

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) signed today, Aug. 17, a contract worth SAR 4.32 million, excluding transportation costs and value-added tax, to sell its product of industrial potatoes to Wafrah for Industry and Development Co., according to a bourse filing.

 

Under the contract, TADCO will supply Wafrah with quantities of its industrial potato product, with a total of 3,600 MT, according to the supply schedule agreed upon in the contract. The contract will be effective from the contract signing date until Jan. 31, 2023.

 

TADCO also noted that the contract will be the start of more business deals between the companies.

 

The positive impact will reflect on financials starting from the fourth quarter of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023.

 

There are no related parties, the statement said.
