International Human Resources to debut on Nomu on Aug. 22

The International Human Resources Co. (IHR) will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market as of Monday, Aug. 22, with the symbol 9545 and ISIN Code SA15K0H4L4H6, according to a bourse statement.

 

Daily fluctuation limit is ±30% and static price fluctuation limit is ±10%.

 

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced today depositing the subscribed securities of International Human Resources Co. (IHR) into the accounts of eligible shareholders. 

 

On Aug. 7, Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager on IHR’s initial public offering on Nomu, announced the successful completion of offering 500,000 ordinary shares, or 20% of the company’s capital.

 

The offering was 19.45x covered during the subscription period from July 31-Aug. 2, according to data available with Argaam.
