stc shareholders to start e-voting on EGM agenda on Aug. 26

stc shareholders will start, on Aug. 26, the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for Aug. 30, according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will e-vote on increasing the company’s capital by 150% through a bonus-share distribution, according to data available with Argaam.
