Anaam says unable to disclose H1 2022 financials on time

Anaam International Holding Group Co. announced that it is unable to publish financial statements for the first half of 2022, on the specified date, the company said in a bourse filing.

  

The company indicated that the auditor did not receive the required external reports to date and is expected to be finalized in three weeks.

 

Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply to Anaam shares, based on the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
