Advanced shareholders start e-voting on OGM agenda on Aug. 27

Shareholders of Advanced Petrochemical Co. started on Aug. 27 remote voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), scheduled for Aug. 31, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will elect board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Oct. 1, 2022, Argaam earlier reported.
