Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund board member resigns

Jadwa Investment Co., the fund manager of Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund, announced the resignation of board member Asad Khan, effective today, Aug. 29, according to a bourse filing. 

  

Thus, the fund's board of directors will comprise the following members: Ghannam Al Ghannam  (Chairman), Nouf Al Sharif (member), Waleed Addass (member) and Nader Al Amri (member).
