Amwaj International shareholders start e-voting on EGM agenda today

Amwaj International Co.’s shareholders will start today, Sept. 1, e-voting on the agenda items of the upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for Sept. 5, according to a bourse statement.

 

 Shareholders will discuss amending some of the company’s articles of association, according to data available with Argaam.
