SNB appoints Huda Ghoson as new board member

Saudi National Bank (SNB) announced today, Sept. 5, the appointment of Huda Ghoson as a board member in the vacant seat until the end of the current term on May 14, 2024, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment is effective immediately after receiving the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

 

Ghoson holds a BA in English language and literature from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in business administration from the American University, Washington. Additionally, she held several executive positions at Saudi Aramco, in addition to a number of board memberships in both the public and private sectors.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming shareholders' general assembly meeting.
