Ladun Investment names Hassan Alhazmi CEO as Suliman Albatly resigns

Ladun Investment Co. accepted today, Sept. 6, the resignation of CEO Suliman Albatly and appointed him as managing director with immediate effect, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board appointed Hassan Alhazmi as CEO, effective today.

 

Alhazmi holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with honors (2003) and Master’s and Ph.D. in project engineering and management from Griffith University, Australia.

 

He worked as head of the Municipal Services and Infrastructure Sector, Deputy Minister of Housing for Lands & Technical and the Ministry’s Agency for Licensing and Compliance, as well as Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing. He worked as an undersecretary at the Ministry of Housing for Land and Technical Affairs (2016-2021).

 

Alhazmi supervised many projects at the Ministry of Higher Education in a number of regions of the Kingdom.

 

He served as a member of several boards of directors and higher committees.
