Saudi Arabia continues with reforms, widens economic base: Al-Jadaan

Saudi Arabia is continuing to complete reforms, develop its economic base, and implement Vision 2030 programs, said Minister of Finance Mohammed Al-Jadaan. 

 

In his opening speech at the Euromoney conference in Riyadh today, Sept. 7, the minister said that the financial sustainability program contributed to controlling the deficit and strengthening the financial position to face obstacles. 

 

In addition, the Kingdom introduced diverse structural reforms in preparing the general budget and raising spending efficiency.
 
Saudi Arabia is moving at a rapid pace to achieve a sustainable economy, he affirmed.
 
 

The Kingdom announced more than SAR 700 billion in investments to contribute to the green economy’s development, creating quality job opportunities and providing mega investment channels for the private sector.
