MIS inks SAR 266.6 mln credit facility with SABB

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed and amended today, Sept. 7, a Shariah-compliant credit facility with The Saudi British Bank (SABB) at a total value of SAR 266.6 million, according to a bourse filing.

 

The credit facility will extend until Dec. 31, 2022, and will be secured by promissory notes.

 

The financing facility will fund new project contracts, letters of credit and guarantee.

 

The deal included no related parties, the statement added.
