Etihad Atheeb shareholders approve financials, board report for 2021/2022

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) shareholders approved financial statements, board as well as auditor’s reports for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Sept. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also appointed an auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 2022/2023 and Q1 2023/2024 and approved the disbursement of SAR 574,111 in board bonus.

 

They also endorsed the appointment of Ehsan bin Aminallah Makhdoom, as an audit committee member, starting Oct. 31, 2021, and Faisal Mohd Nazih Qamhiyah, as a board representative of Bahrain Telecommunications Co. (Batelco), starting March 1, 2022.

 

They further approved the appointment of two board members, in addition to the businesses and contracts which will be concluded with other entities.
