First phase of idle land program kicks off in Qassim, Hail

The Idle Lands Program will kick off the first phase for the undeveloped land plots in Qassim (Buraydah and Onayzah) and Hail city, from tomorrow, Sept. 16.

 

The geographical range for implementation of the first phase has been determined in those areas following joint work with concerned Amanat, discussion of proposed geographical ranges for cities, and collection of their land plots, in line with objectives of the program and strategic plans of concerned Amanat, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The decision by Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing to implement fees on those areas include undeveloped land areas of 10,000 square meter and more.

 

The program called on land owners to register through its website.
