SICO Saudi REIT Fund appoints new board members

SICO Saudi REIT Fund appointed Ibrahim Fatani and Mohannad Al-Khowailed as non-independent board members, effective Oct. 4, fund manager SICO Capital said in a bourse filing.

 
Sultan Nugaly (Chairman) and Fahad Al Shammari (member) will also be part of the board.
 
Fatani is head of asset management at SICO Capital, with 16 years of experience in the financial and asset management fields.    
 
He has a Bachelor's degree in finance from Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia.
 
Al-Khowailed is the CEO of Eskan Development and Investment Co. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Saint John University in Canada and a Master's degree from London Business School.
