Al Sagr signs one-year health insurance contract with Maharah

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.  signed today, Sept. 21, a contract to offer health insurance services to Maharah Human Resources Co. employees and their families, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company will provide health insurance for one year, starting Sept. 28.

 

The contract value exceeds 5% of the gross written premiums, according to the audited financial statements for 2021.

 

The contract is expected to positively impact its financial results for 2022.

 

There are no related parties.

 

No preferential treatment was given in this contract, which was concluded within the normal business activity, the statement said.
