Alhokair Group inks SAR 93.9 mln contracts for operation of entertainment sites

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) signed, on Sept. 15, two contracts at a total value of SAR 93.9 million with a commercial entertainment firm specialized in establishing and operating international brands.

 

Both contracts have a four-month term, the company said in two separate bourse filings.

 

Alhokair will operate entertainment sites run by “PlayOCity by Hasbro” for SAR 49.2 million and “Cocomelon” for SAR 44.7 million.

 

Alhokair has exclusive rights for both brands.

 

The relevant financial impact will likely appear as of Q4 2022 until the end of the contract’s term.

 

The contracts have no related parties, the company said, adding it will duly announce any developments in this regard.
