Bawan board reappoints Abdullah Al Fozan as Chairman, Fozan Al Fozan as Managing Director

Bawan Co.’s board of directors approved, on Sept. 26, reappointing Abdullah Al Fozan (non-executive) as Chairman and Raed Al Mudaiheem (non-executive) as Vice Chairman.

Fozan Al Fozan (executive) was also reappointed as the company’s Managing Director, Bawan said in a statement to Tadawul.

The nominations and remuneration committee was also formed, comprising Khalid Al-Gowaiz (independent) as Chairman, as well as Fozan Al Fozan and Raed Al Mudaiheem as members.

The board also approved the appointment of the company's representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all purposes related to the application of rules and regulations, as well as the appointment of the board secretary.

Moreover, the audit committee formation, its duties, work regulations and member remuneration for the new three-year term starting from Sept. 26, 2022, was also endorsed during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Sept. 19.
