Sixth Saudi Insurance Symposium starts today in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia will hold the 6th Saudi Insurance Symposium (SIS) on Sept. 28-29 under the theme “Growth & Evolution”, in Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.

The SIS will attract more than 1,000 insurance specialists, local officials, international managers and executives to discuss over two days, the role of insurance sector within Saudi Arabia's economic development in light of the many new policies and regulations issued recently by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

The symposium is one of the largest forums for the insurance companies across the Middle East. Since the first version in February 2011, the symposium adopted a number of policies that have had a positive impact on the insurance industry in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Insurance Symposium this year is in line with Vision 2030.
