Al Akaria signs SAR 3.8 mln contract for Al Yamamah Residential Project

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) on Oct. 10 signed a SAR 3.79 million contract with First Nile Co. for excavation and fencing at the Al Yamamah Residential Project in Diplomatic Quarter, Riyadh.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Al Akaria said the contract is for a period of four months and the cost will be capitalized as part of the project cost.

 

Al Yamamah Project is mentioned in the prospectus of Al Akaria’s rights issue, as one of the projects to be financed from the offer proceeds.
