Alinma Retail REIT board member steps down

Alinma Retail REIT’s non-independent board member Abdullah Al Dohayan submitted his resignation, effective from Oct. 11, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board after change includes the following non-independent members: Mazin Baghdadi, Sultan Al Qusair, Mohammed Al Eisa, Faisal Al-AbdulKarim, in addition to Haitham Hakeem and Sulaiman Al Wateed as independent members.
