Gulf Union Alahlia Cooperative Insurance Co. signed a contract with Al Rushaid Group to provide cooperative health insurance services to its employees and their families, for one year starting from Oct. 15, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The contract value exceeds 5% of the gross written premiums (GWP), as per to the audited financial statements for 2021, said the insurer, adding that the agreement is expected to have a positive impact on its 2022 financials.
There are no related parties, Gulf Union Alahlia noted, confirming that no preferential treatment has been given in this contract, which is within its normal business activity.
