SISCO names Khalid Suleimani as new CEO

Saudi Industrial Services Co.'s (SISCO) board of directors approved today, Oc. 17, the resignation of CEO Mohammed Al Mudarres, as he want to focus on own business, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

Al Mudarres will continue to serve as a consultant for some of SISCO’s subsidiaries and associates, as well as a special advisor to the company's board of directors.

 

Meanwhile, the board approved the appointment of Khalid Suleimani as the new CEO as of Nov. 1, 2022.

 

Suleimani holds a Master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado in the US and the General Securities Qualification Certificate (CME-1) from the Capital Market Authority.

 

He is also a licensed consultant by the Saudi Council of Engineers, and a licensed professional consultant in information technology from the Ministry of Commerce. Suleimani has over 25 years of experience in the investment field.
