Academy Of Learning, Al Qahtani Foundation ink 2-year training contract

Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) signed a contract with Farhan Bin Mubarak Al Qahtani Foundation to train students at a total value of SAR 2.7 million, AOL said in a statement to Tadawul.

Under the Farhan Bin Mubarak Al Qahtani’s Scholarship for people of kin, AOL will be mandated to train students for a period of two years from the signing date.

The contract, assigned to AOL on Oct. 16, represented 6.4% of the company’s total revenues, according to the 2021 financials.

 

The contract will positively impact AOL’s financials as of H2 2022, until the end of the contract.

 

There are no related parties, the statement noted.
