NDMC closes October issuance of sukuk program at SAR 700 mln

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for its domestic issuance for October 2022, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. 

The issuance size was set at SAR 700 million, while total orders amounted to nearly SAR 3.13 billion, NDMC said in a statement. 

The issuance was divided into three tranches; the first was valued at SAR 300 million, maturing in 2029. The second at SAR 300 million, maturing in 2032. The last tranche was valued at SAR 200 million, which will mature in 2037.
