Middle East Paper Co. (MEPCO) announced that the disputable real estate in the case filed against the company is vacant land and does not have any construction, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The firm does not plan to build any factories on this land, the statement added.

MEPCO earlier said a real estate lawsuit was filed by Al Shorouk Advanced Development Co. against the company to demand real estate ownership proof, though a final court ruling was issued in its favor, according to data available with Argaam
