Equipment House shareholders appoint board, audit committee members

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co.’s (Equipment House) shareholders will vote on the appointment of Hassan bin Ali Al-Jishi as an independent board member, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for Nov. 15, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

His term will start as of Aug. 24, 2022, until end of current term ending on July 25, 2023, and he will be succeeding resigned member, Bayan Khalil Suleiman.  

Shareholders will also vote on increasing the number of the audit committee seats from three to four, by appointing Muhammad Al-Hogail, starting from the date of the OGM approval until the end of the current term.
