Knowledge Tower sets IPO price at SAR 40/share

Watheeq Capital, the financial advisor for the initial public offering (IPO) of Knowledge Tower Trading Co. on Nomu - Parallel Market, announced setting the offer price at SAR 40 per share, according to the company's statement to Tadawul.

 

The subscription period will begin on Sunday, Oct. 30 and end on Thursday, Nov. 3.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Sept. 12, the application received from the company to register and list 350,000 shares, representing 20% of its share capital, on Nomu, according to data available with Argaam.
