Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) will offer today, Nov. 1, 450,000 shares for retail subscription at SAR 185 a share.

 

The retail offering will run for one day only.

 

The company offered 4.5 million shares, or 30% of its capital amounting to SAR 15 million, in an initial public offering (IPO), of which 10% is offered to retail subscribers and 90% is offered to institutional investors.
