Knowledge Tower Trading Co. offers a myriad of educational services, topped by the distribution and development of curricula for international and private schools and universities, Chairperson Nouf Al Yemni told Argaam in an exclusive interview.
The company has entered into many contracts and agency agreements with the world’s top publishing houses and universities, as it continues to create new markets for publishers.
Knowledge Tower’s revenues and profits are expected to near SAR 33 million and SAR 7 million, respectively, in the current fiscal year, Al Yemni added. He noted that the forecast growth is driven by enhanced operating efficiency and the development of the company’s services, to ensure the flow of revenues over the year.
Qualified investors started on Oct. 30 subscribing to 350,000 shares, or 20% of the company’s capital, at SAR 40 each, in its initial public offering (IPO) on Nomu-Parallel Market.
The subscription period will run five days until Nov. 3.

Q: Can you provide more insight into the company’s services?
A: Knowledge Tower offers many educational services, topped by the distribution and development of curricula for international and private schools and universities.
It also offers packages of supporting services and educational consultations, being a strategic partner of the world’s top publishing houses and universities.
Q: What about the company’s performance in the last few years? And what is your expectations for the upcoming fiscal period?
A: The company demonstrated outstanding performance in the last few years. Its revenues grew by 47.8% to SAR 20.4 million in the fiscal year ended March 2022, from SAR 13.8 million a year earlier. Net profit margins stood at 17.55% during the same period.
Revenues and profits are expected to near SAR 33 million and SAR 7 million, respectively, in the current fiscal year.
The company recorded strong growth in both revenue and profit, in parallel with or even better than its ambitious vision. This encouraged it to expand investments and increase its capital to support new and future projects.
Q: How will the company work on digital transformation in the sector of publishing and distribution of educational curricula?
A: All programs are available to us, whether textbooks or training programs with digital support for students and teachers. We are 100% ready, through our consultants and partners, to achieve the digital transformation, and we also have some models on the ground.
Q: How does the company contribute to the development of academic content and educational curricula?
A: Through fruitful cooperation with our clients and consultants, as well as curriculum developers, we conduct field visits to schools and universities to be aware of all observations and requirements from specialized academics. Accordingly, we organize special workshops to train and qualify end users through our annual conferences as well as conferences organized by partners.
Q: Who are the major publishers the company deals with? How can it maintain contracts with such publishers for long periods?
A: The company has contracts and agencies with major publishers and universities in the world. These agreements always achieve success, growth and professionalism, paving the way for publishers in new markets. Thankfully, we see in our company and team ambitions to achieve the firm and its partners' goals. The partners include National Geographic, Cambridge, Macmillan, Oxford, TTS, Renaissance, Scholastic, Usborne and Yardstick.
