Dar Al Arkan mulls floating Dubai unit’s shares on international stock market

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co.’s board of directors is currently considering several strategic and capital market options related to its Dubai unit, including floating the latter’s shares on an international stock exchange, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Relevant updates will be duly revealed, the statement added.

 

This comes in line with the developer’s recent direction towards international expansion, it noted.
