Makkah Construction says unified deed issued for Makkah project

Makkah Construction and Development Co. obtained the unified deed (No. 720126012819, dated 13/03/1444 AH) for its entire 13,869.39-square-meter project in central Makkah, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The projected is situated located in front of the Holy Mosque.

 

The developer said that the issuance of the unified deed for the project will contribute to helping it move forward with its work and future projects, in line with its strategy that has been adopted since 1408 AH.
