Saudi Parts Center board chairman resigns

Saudi Parts Center Co. board of directors accepted today, Nov. 6, the resignation of Mohammad Abdullah Alkhorayef as non-executive board member and chairman of the company, effective as of Nov. 2, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, which was submitted on Nov. 2, was due to private circumstances that prevent Alkhorayef from continuing in the board presidency and membership.
