Saudi Co. for Hardware’s (SACO) board of directors approved on Nov. 9 the appointment of Sameer Baeisa as Vice-Chairman (Independent), as of the approval date.

 

On Nov. 6, SACO’s board of directors the appointment of Sameer Al-Hamidi as Chairman, changing his board membership to non-executive, as of Nov. 3, according to Argaam’s data.
