Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah
Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah announced today, Nov. 17, the official launch of the national platform for Hajj and Umrah, “NUSK”, during his participation at the Digital Government Forum 2022, organized by the Digital Government Authority.
Al-Rabiah explained that the platform currently provides more than 121 various services to facilitate the procedures for the arrival of pilgrims from all over the world, with the aim of providing exemplary service to Hajj pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors and enriching their experience, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, Saudi Press Agency reported.
He stated that the “NUSK” platform provides 75 services to the business sector, and about 45 services to individual sector.
The minister revealed that the platform targets the provision of its services to more than 30 million people, in cooperation with more than 10,000 entities in the business sector, as well as linking and integrating with 25 government agencies.
Moreover, the platform aims to introduce visitors to all stages of performing Umrah, as well as to the historical areas and religious sites in Makkah and Madinah.
“NUSK” is a reliable platform to provide integrated services with complete transparency, facilitate the planning of the pilgrim's journey and introduce health services, systems, procedures, and guidance to pilgrims from all over the world, the minister noted.
