Arabian Contracting opens board membership nomination

Arabian Contracting Services Co. opened today, Nov. 22, nomination for board membership for the upcoming three-year term ending on March 17, 2026, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board membership nomination will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and the corporate governance regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority.

 

The selection of the nominated members for the new term will take place at the general assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining necessary approvals from the related authorities, the company said.
